QuicDiamond™ Dowel
- Provides excellent joint stability compared to other systems
- Provides reliable and maintenance-free concrete flatwork joints
- The plate shape is engineered for optimal material performance
- Sawn steel for smooth square plate edges allows unrestrained horizontal and lateral movement of the concrete
- Consistently specified manufacturing tolerance
- Positive load transfer and continuity of surface profile
QuicDiamond™ Sleeve
- Molded from high-density ABS plastic
- Internal collapsible fins and spacers ensure load plate is installed in the correct position to preserve integrity of the sleeve.
- Wide sleeve for increased lateral movement
- Shape of plate allows the most lateral and horizontal movement with the maximum strength at the center of the joint.
- Ribbed sleeve increases the rigidity of the sleeve
- Internal supports prevent the sleeve compressing during installation, allowing easy and accurate insertion of the steel plate.
The QuicDiamond™ System includes a flat plate dowel and sleeve
Three available sizes:
¼”– typically used in 5” – 6” slab depths
3/8”– typically used in 7” – 8” slab depths
3/4”– typically used in 9” – 12″ slab depths
- Superior minimal joint edge spalling and random crack reduction
- Fast and precise aligned installation of load transfer at construction joints
- Eliminates drilling forms and greasing dowels
- Avoids misaligned dowels causing slab lockup resulting in cracking
- Preset nails for quick and easy installation
- Eliminates removing /reinstalling dowels
- Allows for easy stripping of forms
- Used for formed joint construction in slabs on grade and concrete pavement exposed to Wheeled traffic
